Insulation Floor Slab

USLPore® can be used as a foam concrete insulation layer for building basements. Produced at site it is substituting extruded polystyrene (XPS) or expanded polystyrene (EPS). It´s lighter than competitor products and can be applied thinner.

USLPore® is a special foam concrete for thermal insulation under the floor slab of various building types. It is produced directly on the construction site and replaces cost-intensive products such as extruded polystyrene (XPS) or expanded polystyrene (EPS), is much faster to apply and has excellent insulating properties. It is lighter in density compared to competitor products, can therefore be applied more thinly and has better insulating properties. 

USLPore® foam concrete as an insulation under floor slabs can be produced at different densities. The density below is representing the average applied density of our customers for the respective application.
A higher density is resulting in a higher compressive strength but lower insulating effect.
A lower density is resulting in a lower compressive strength but better insulating effect.
All USLPore® products are fully non-combustible.
