Reinforced Wall Panel

USLPore® can be used to manufacture a two or three layer wall panel. Either the insulation layer is in the middle and embedded by two stronger outside layers or there is only one stronger internal layer and a lighter external insulation layer that has to be plastered surely to avoid damage.
Due to the freezing – thawing point the version with external insulation is the preferred one in regards to technical properties whereas the option with embedded insulation layer in the middle is the better one in regards to better handling and construction as the risk of damage is less due to a higher compressive strength of the two outer layers. Both versions are leading to a fast and accurate construction method as the pre-fabricated panels can be transported to the site and installed in a very fast way.

USLPore® can also be poured into a light-gauge steel frame system in a prefabricated way.

USLPore® foam concrete for reinforced wall panels can be produced at different densities. The density below is representing the average applied density of our customers for the respective application.
A higher density is resulting in a higher compressive strength but lower insulating effect.
A lower density is resulting in a lower compressive strength but better insulating effect.
All USLPore® products are fully non-combustible.
