USLPore® Plant 1500-6000 is a fully automated mixing and dosing system for a stationary large scale production of USLPore® specific foam concrete. The system is included in the whole storing and dosing components for cement, filler, water and additives. Silos, bunkers and storage tanks are an integrated part of the USLPore® Plant 1500-6000. The system is blending the cementitous slurry with pre-formed foam produced by foam generators.

The USLPore® Plant 1500-6000 is based on the latest 2023 generation of worldwide unique foaming systems. A specific and unique engineering is resulting in cobination with USLPore foaming agents into very stable foam conrete, cellularlightweight concrete, resistant to shear.

The batch capacity of the plant can be chosen between 1500 and 6000 liters per production circle.
