The USLPore® advanced foam concrete technology can be implemented into existing ready-mixed concrete (RMC) plants. Ready-mixed USLPore® can be transported up to 2 hours in a truck mixer to the construction site and can be pumped with specific USLPore® pumps or with existing mortar pumps. The USLPore® RMC Plant System is an ideal enrichment for every RMC plant to generate more cash flow as the margins of USLPore® are usually higher than for concrete.

The USLPore® RMC System contains the following components:

• USLPore® Networkformer dosing system
• USLPore® Stabilizer dosing system
• Specific USLPore® Pumps (optional)
