USLPore® can be used in a specific foamed concrete mixture as a shock absorbing filling material in high intensity military training areas due to his high energy absorption capacity to prevent overpenetrations and stray shots.
USLPore® is suitable as a shock absorbing filling material in high intensity military training areas as well as on private shooting yards. For this application the shock absorbing effect is optimised in case of a USLPore® with a dry density of 800 kg/m³.
Also the easy recycling of the construction material is one of the reason why it is well suitable for this application.
USLPore® foam concrete for bullet traps can be produced at different densities. The density below is representing the average applied density of our customers for the respective application.
A higher density is resulting in a higher compressive strength but lower insulating effect.
A lower density is resulting in a lower compressive strength but better insulating effect.
All USLPore® products are fully non-combustible.
