USLPore® can be used for various types of blocks for every masonry wall system. It fulfills all requirements for a modern masonry unit and can substitute CMUs (Concrete Masonry Unit) AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) or clay bricks.

Environmentally friendly manufactured it is a very cost-effective construction material, durable and sustainable for all climatic regions. It combines a good insulation effect (due to the embedded air) with structural characteristics.

USLPore® can also be used for the manufacturing of interlocking blocks.

Projects

USLPore® foam concrete for block making can be produced at different densities. The density below is representing the average applied density of our customers for the respective application.
A higher density is resulting in a higher compressive strength but lower insulating effect.
A lower density is resulting in a lower compressive strength but better insulating effect.
All USLPore® products are fully non-combustible.
