USLPore® is used in volumetric modular building in the United States of America (USA) as well as in the United Kingdom (UK). It´s an ideal construction material to reduce the overall carbon dioxid footprint of a building.

USLPore® can be used in the volumentric modular building. Walls, ceilings and floors can be easily poured into a prefabricated leight gauge steel or  hot-rolled steel frame system. The use of USLPore® is reducing the overall weight of the modular units still guaranteeing sufficient sound absorption.

 

USLPore® foam concrete for volumetric modular building can be produced at different densities. The density below is representing the average applied density of our customers for the respective application.
A higher density is resulting in a higher compressive strength but lower insulating effect.
A lower density is resulting in a lower compressive strength but better insulating effect.
All USLPore® products are fully non-combustible.
